The Russian Cultural Association (RCA) is a non-profit organization that dedicated to represent, promote and celebrate vibrant culture of the Russian-speaking community through the Midwest. Our goal is to create a better understanding among the Russian-speaking and multicultural communities of Missouri and Kansas.
Our Mission
To represent, promote and celebrate the cultural awareness of Russia, as well as the former Soviet Union republics for the enrichment of the Midwest area through the culture, business and language exchange.
