Russian House of Kansas City
|
Two years ago, on February 23, 2017, we registered our organization. Our mission is to promote and celebrate the rich multi-ethnic culture of the Russian-speaking people of Kansas and Missouri. We welcome everyone who shares the same interest. To grow a new non-profit organization is very rewarding and challenging at the same time. It is only possible with the help and support of many of you.
We would like to thank our Board of Directors which is represented by people that are originally from Russia and Ukraine. We thank our members and friends that represent: Russia (including republics of Tatarstan, Dagestan and Kabardino-Balkaria); USA (States of MO, KS, CA, CO, OK, TX & MD); Ukraine; Belarus; Latvia; Estonia; Morocco; Israel; Malaysia; Azerbaijan; Brazil; Uzbekistan; China; Pakistan; Turkey; and other. We are very proud that Russian House of Kansas City was joined by great local organizations such as Lyric Opera of Kansas City, Kansas City Ballet, Park University - International Education Office and International Center for Music, Jewish Family Services, Herriman-Jewell Series and Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art and Writers Place. In 2017, we partnered for the program with the National World War I Museum and Memorial. We appreciate small businesses and their owners for being our members. More info... |
